Although normally we are only few in number during most weeks of the year, for almost a week we were joined by up to 2000 church members from across the North England Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
Meeting together at the Pontin's site (Ainsdale, Southport) we were united in worship and praise of God and this was, as always, an eagerly anticipated event. The six day session featured varied daily worship services with separate meetings for children and young adults. Throughout most days there were also workshops on a range of topics including evangelism, family ministries and health, to name but a few.
Native Australian, Pastor Geoff Youlden led the evening worships and Pastor David Asscherick from the USA proved to be a clear hit with the teenage audience that listened intently to his animated style of presentation.
